NEW YORK, USA // Jennifer Breithaupt, Global Consumer Chief Marketing Officer for Citi, oversees a team focused on creating and executing high impact programs and unique campaigns that engage and drive long-term brand loyalty with more than 32.5 million Citi cardmembers in the U.S.
On a global scale, Jennifer also leads Citi's entertainment access program, Private Pass, which brings cardmembers closer to their favorite artists through curated offerings and VIP experiences (lounge access, exclusive meet and greets etc). Through Private Pass, Citi offered cardmembers access to more than 6,000 events in 2016 featuring artists such as Guns N' Roses, Coldplay, Selena Gomez, Andra Day, and Luke Bryan.
From meeting with artist management to bid on upcoming tours to collaborating with long-time partner Live Nation to produce live concerts in virtual reality, Jennifer spends her days transforming how a bank connects with its customers through music and innovative advertising campaigns. And she hasn't just brought the bank street cred. Between 2015 and 2016, Citi realized a 34%+ increase in music revenue and the program continued to drive brand preference in a competitive marketplace.
Earlier this year, Jennifer was ranked #27 on Billboard's Power 100 and recognized in their Branding Power Players list. Variety also recently named Jennifer to their Power of Women NY list and Ad Age named her a 2016 Woman to Watch.
