LOS ANGELES, USA // Nancy is passionate about bridging worlds and sharing perspectives. As a Global Marketing Executive, she has worked across domestic and international markets, spanned blockbusters and arthouse with culture-defining campaigns, and charted the evolving intersection of tech and entertainment.

Nancy was most recently Director of Marketing at Netflix, where she was responsible for 360° global film marketing from strategy to creative. She held multiple roles from co-chairing the Film Marketing org as Studio Lead to overseeing Animated Features marketing including brand initiatives for the family audience.

From leading international creative campaigns that launched Sony franchises such as Spider-Man: Homecoming, Blade Runner 2049, and Venom to developing creative advertising campaigns for Iron Man 3, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Age of Ultron at Disney, Nancy has linked cinematic worlds and studios. At Searchlight, she helped shepherd independent film onto the world stage with breakout international campaigns such as Black Swan, (500) Days of Summer, Slumdog Millionaire, and served as marketing lead for Fox International Productions’ Asian slate.

Nancy works with the Georgetown Entertainment Media Alliance Externship to help students make industry inroads and supports organizations like Soapbox Women of Color that champion diverse voices in the industry. She is a member of The Academy and a mom of two.
