She is the Senior Vice President for COVERGIRL at Coty Inc., America’s most loved cosmetic brand, with over a billion in sales annually.

Throughout her career, her leadership has resulted in revenue, market share, brand equity growth, and creative award recognition for iconic brands including Durex, French’s, Cheerios, Knorr, Betty Crocker, and Cascadian Farm Organic.

Ukonwa holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
